Return Policy

At Maison Lumière, we offer high-end inspired jewelry without compromise. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with precision and care. We work closely with our skilled jewellers across Europe and Asia to create made-to-order pieces that reflect our standard of quality and your love for statement, trendy luxury. We believe in jewelry that looks as good as it feels—intentional, elevated, and built to last.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original packaging
  • Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important:

Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lamaisonlumiere@hotmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear, unedited photos of the item and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return parcels.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will determine whether it meets our return conditions. If the item arrives in the same mint condition as shown in the photos you initially provided, a refund to your original payment method will be issued.


If the item does not meet our standards upon inspection (e.g., signs of wear, damage, or inconsistency with submitted photos), we reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund.


**Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

While quality is our top priority, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help—within a limited window.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include:
  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photos of:
  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for review. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.


Our Promise on Quality

Every Maison Lumière piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage
  • Exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals
  • Natural tarnishing over time
  • Breakage due to mishandling

Please follow the care instructions provided with each piece to help preserve your jewelry’s longevity.


Cancellations

As many of our pieces are made-to-order or processed immediately:

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed
  • Please double-check your address and order details before submitting payment

Final Sale Items

Please note that all earrings and select marked-down or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
