Our pieces are crafted with care and often made-to-order in collaboration with our skilled jewellers based in Europe and Asia, while other items are shipped directly from our studio in Montréal, Canada.
We aim to be transparent about our shipping timelines, processes, and expectations, so please read carefully before placing your order.
Processing & Fulfillment
- Processing times vary depending on the item. Many pieces are made-to-order and require time for production before shipping.
- Estimated fulfillment time: 3–10 business days (before dispatch).
- Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Shipping Timeframes
- Estimated delivery window: 7–25 business days after your item ships.
- Shipping times vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier service.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
- We are based in Montréal, Canada, and ship globally from both our local studio and our overseas ateliers (Europe and Asia).
- Depending on your location, some packages may ship directly from our international jewelers to reduce transit times and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
- Maison Lumière is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen external factors.
- If your tracking has not updated or your package seems delayed:
- Contact the shipping carrier first for updates.
- If they are unresponsive or the delay exceeds a reasonable window, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We cannot reroute or modify orders once they are in transit.
- Maison Lumière is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office.
- Maison Lumière is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
